During our first session, we look at the big picture together. What are your main points of concern? What are your desired goals and outcomes? Finally, we want to ensure that we both feel I am a good fit to work with you based on our time together.

Both Individual and Couple Sessions are $140

All sessions are 50 minutes in length

I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. For those not using BCBS, a reduced self-pay rate is available.

I do not work with children or adolescents. I serve adults starting at 19 years old and up.
